Forum engine updated to - v2.3.1

Changes:
*Added message reputation engine.
*Added new ranks engine.
*Added new groups engine.
*Added toolbar support (Shows notifications instantly with facebook, twitter, google+, email and RSS feed option)
*Added avatar management which can be accessed in the Profile tab. Select from more than 100 avatars!

Lot more are coming, Inshallah.
